Shipping & Returns

UK Delivery

We dispatch all UK orders within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.

• Standard Delivery (2 to 4 business days) — Free on all orders
• Express Delivery (1 to 2 business days) — £3.99

Delivery timescales are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. During busy periods (e.g. bank holidays) deliveries may take slightly longer.

International Delivery

We currently ship to the UK, Republic of Ireland, and select European countries. International delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply for international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Discreet Packaging

Every order is sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging. The sender name on the parcel will not reference Drippy Tanners. Inside, your items are securely packed to prevent damage in transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly with the courier.

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@drippytanners.co.uk.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, you may return your items under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Items must be unopened and unused in their original packaging
• We cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons

To arrange a return, email us at support@drippytanners.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a further 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@drippytanners.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf. We will offer a replacement or refund for confirmed lost parcels.
